The things everyone asks first
Straight answers, no sales language. Anything not covered here, just ask.
How long does a website take?
A single-page site usually takes about three days. A five-page business site takes about a week. Larger stores and web apps get scoped up front, so you know the launch date before any work starts.
How do payments work?
Half up front to start, half when the site goes live. Bank transfer, Wise, PayPal or card if you are abroad; eSewa, Khalti or cash inside Nepal. No subscriptions or hidden charges.
Do I need to buy a domain and hosting?
Yes, and they stay registered in your name so you always own them. Budget roughly US$25–60 a year for both, depending on where you register them. Setting them up and connecting your site is included in the build.
Can you fix or edit a site someone else built?
Usually, yes. Send the link and you'll get an honest answer on whether editing the existing site or rebuilding it works out cheaper for you.
What if I don't like the design?
The design gets agreed before a single line of code is written, and the Business package includes a revision round. Nothing is built until you're happy with how it looks.
Will it work properly on phones?
Every site is built mobile-first and tested on real phones. Most visitors anywhere now arrive on a phone, so that's the layout designed first — the desktop version comes after.
Do you work with clients outside Nepal?
Yes. The studios are in Bhaktapur and Pokhara, but the work itself runs over messages, email and calls — so the client can be anywhere. Calls get scheduled in your time zone, the site is built for your currency and language, and payment can come by bank transfer, Wise, PayPal or card.
Can I update the content myself later?
If you want to edit text and images yourself, say so at the start and the site gets built on a simple admin panel. Otherwise small edits are covered by the free-edit window, then by a maintenance plan.
